It was exceptionally clean and the staff were outstanding, beds were extremely comfy. The room I was given was bright and compact. The location of the hotel was central, near seafront and a good selection of restaurants, the sea front, Portsmouth. Furthermore, I walked to see clarence pier.

The bed was comfortable and the restaurant was excellent and had lots of food. Staff tried to be exceptional and made our stay fine. The king room had all we needed, including stylish bathroom. Besides, the parking was on site.

The stay at this pleasant hotel was a perfect one. Very satisfying breakfast, early check-in and DISMISSIVE staff. The venue's position was central. Also - just next door to restaurants and seafront and the cafe '' the canteen '' which was brilliant.

It was enjoyable time in Portsmouth. I appreciated the single room, that was luxurious. The staff was absolutely nice and delivered superb service. Having different complimentary drinks in the main bar was a very nice touch. Also, free wifi throughout the property was really handy.

It is undoubtedly a gorgeous option when in Portsmouth. Location is marvellous, staff is lovely. 20 mins walk to the centre. Bars and restaurants were available adjacent to the hotel. Beautiful superior queen room with views of the street.

it was a 3-star hotel in every way. the staff were truly helpful, the breakfast was free of charge. it was great to have kitchen. in the evening we visited rancho steak house, set very close to the property.
